This notice describes how Visa Boutique (the “Practice”, “we”) collects and processes personal data of visitors to this website and individuals who contact us. The Practice acts as the data controller. We process personal data in line with the principles of the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and Cabinet Decision No. 111 of 2023.

What information we collect
When you submit the inquiry form we collect the name, contact channel and address (email or phone), the type of consultation requested, and any additional context you choose to share. When you write to us through Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram or by email, we receive the content of your message and the metadata your platform exposes (handle, phone number, time of message). The website itself does not set non-essential cookies unless you consent to them.
Why we process it
We process personal data on the basis of your consent (given by submitting the form or initiating contact) and on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries directed at the Practice. The data is processed strictly for the purpose of replying to your message, scoping the requested engagement, and operating the website. We do not sell or trade personal data and do not use it for automated decision-making.
How we share information
We do not disclose personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Where you instruct us to coordinate with a licensed corporate service provider, immigration service centre, financial institution or other professional adviser, we share only the information strictly necessary to progress your matter, and only with your prior agreement. We may share data with our hosting provider and with platforms processing your inbound messages (Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram, email infrastructure), each of which acts under its own privacy terms.
International transfers
Some of our infrastructure providers and the messaging platforms you may use to contact us are located outside the UAE. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on adequacy assessments, contractual safeguards, or your explicit consent, in line with the UAE PDPL framework.
Retention
We retain enquiry data for as long as necessary to respond, scope, and (if you become a client) deliver the requested engagement, and thereafter for the period required by applicable record-keeping obligations. When data is no longer required, it is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
Your rights
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to request rectification of inaccurate data, to request erasure, to restrict or object to processing, to obtain your data in a portable format, and to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.
